Story
Hi there!
5 of our staff are giving up their beds for the night, to help raise funds for GRCEC (Geraldton Community Education Center), Fusion Geraldton and GRC (Geraldtdon Resource Center) - all working with young people experiencing homelessness.
GRCEC is a long standing not for profit supporting children, youth and families in the Midwest an Gascoyne for over 40 years, working to help build strong communities and families where children and young people are valued and connected and realise a future full of possibility. Fusion is a not-for-profit Christian Youth and Community organization that has been in Geraldton for over 30 years running Cameliers Guest house offering low cost and emergency housing for those in need. GRC offers an appropriate forum and representation on social issues confronting the disadvantaged in the Geraldton, Greenough and Mid West community plus practical support for those in need.
Fusion believes that all people have a fundamental need for community and purpose, Fusion’s programs seek to connect people to networks in the community and engage them with a wider sense of belonging and achievement. Together with our partners we work to make a difference to people affected or threated with homelessness in our region.

Fusion Australia is a not-for-profit Christian Youth and Community organisation who have a deep and ongoing commitment to developing resilience in individual lives. But we also believe that young lives need a strong community around them, so we work alongside passionate people and networks from all over Australia in a variety of national and locally focussed projects.
Since Fusion first started 60 years ago, we have worked tirelessly to bring young people and their communities together with hope, determination and permission to make change.
